Competitive pricing
Our sales team can match pricing from other distributors with proof of price. We have pricing schedules that are tailored to the various markets we serve. Our goal is to provide you with the quality products at competitive pricing so you can protect your margins. We can provide 30 day net terms upon completion of a credit application, or you can pay COD, or with a credit card.
Delivery Charges
All orders must be placed before 2pm the previous day before an expected delivery. Orders placed after 2pm will not be processed until the next business day. COD deliveries must have full payment made before orders are placed on the truck, unless a check is given to the driver. Without a payment the driver will not unload the order, and you will be charged an additional Fuel Sur Charge of $35.00.
Delivery
Our trucks travel 250 miles out from our distribution warehouse in East Peoria, IL making deliveries throughout the state of Illinois and boarding states. Some regions will receive a truck daily, some twice a week, and others once a week.
HazMat Charges
*$10 per pallet of 5's (total 16-5's)
$10 per 55 gallon drum
$40 per 250 gallon tote*
We limit the total of the Hazmat Delivery Charge to $40 per delivery.
Speedee & FedEx
Sometimes it just makes sense to have smaller items shipped to you to save money or time. We work with both Speedee Delivery and FedEx.
Deposits on 5 Gallon Carboys, Drums, and Totes
We apply a $12 deposit to every carboy, drum, and tote you order, which is credited back to your account when the container is returned unspoiled. Containers that are excessively dirty, broken, without caps will not be credited. We have quality control measures in place to insure that containers are healthy when shipped, and we acknowledge sometimes a damaged container gets past us. If you are shipped a bad container notify sales@championpoolsupply.com immediately to receive a credit. Photos are helpful.
In Ground Liners and Winter Covers
When ordering a new or replacement liner or winter cover we take our time to get measurements from you to submit to the liner manufacturer. The manufacturer will send us a liner drawing. This CAD drawing can take up to 2-3 days to produce depending on the season. We will forward the drawing to you and ask you to review the measurements and drawing, when a measurement is off the CAD drawing will indicate a new measurement must be provided. Once the drawing has been approved by you with a signature on the page and submitted back to us, we will then place the order.
This process takes a little more time, but we have found doing it right on the front end saves everyone time and money. Currently we have a 99.5% success rating with liners we have ordered for our customers.
We always add, at our expense an upgraded warranty on liners. Doing so provides your customers greater protection, and if something goes wrong we have found the manufacturer is more responsive with a premium warranty.
If you need a replacement winter cover, you can send us the old cover after you remove the springs, and it can be used as a template to make an exact duplicate without having to measure the pool and anchor placement. To send us the old cover contact sales@championpoolsupply.com first.
Return Policy
Shortages & Damaged Goods
Champion Pool Supply must be notified by email within five days of any shortage or damaged goods after delivery. Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If there is a problem with your order take photos and send notification to sales@championpoolsupply.com, reference your work order number (top right corner) in the subject line.
Returns
Special Orders cannot be returned. End of story.
All returns must be authorized by obtaining a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of delivery date. An RMA can be obtained by contacting sales@championpoolsupply.com referencing the work order number, part number, and quantity.
Any RMA requested after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee.
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, must be undamaged and unsoiled. Credit will not be given until the product has been inspected and approved by the warehouse staff.
- Chemicals cannot be returned.
- Pool Krete will only be given credit for if bags are in perfect condition, no indication of moisture staining, no tears or holes.
- Paint that has been opened cannot be returned.
Defective Merchandise
Most manufacturers require the reporting of defective equipment to start with them. Champion Pool Supply sales staff can provide manufacturer rep contacts if needed. Once the manufacturer has approved the replacement of the item(s) they will either send you a replacement, or notify us with an RMA to complete the process. Be prepared with support photos and purchase history.
Defective Liners
Liner manufacturers have specific policies concerning defects. We will work with you to navigate the process. Best practice for liner defects is to take a lot of photos and contact us sooner, rather than later.

Please call your Champion Pool Sales Rep first. If you can't get through, then call Bryce in the warehouse. Please DO NOT contact our drivers. They will contact you 30-60 minutes out from making a delivery. We want our drivers to focus on the road without distractions.

If you are calling in an order, you can talk to any of our sales team with confidence you are getting your best price.
As pricing is constantly fluctuating from the manufacturers we do not provide prices sheets.
Wow, most of the big ones. We are constantly adding new manufacturers and products. If there is something specific you are looking for, chances are we can get it. We admit there are a few manufacturers who we can't obtain as they feel the distribution market in Illinois is too saturated.
Yes, we have a program that we send out detail about in August. Early Buy orders can generally be placed from October through December with flexible terms and delivery dates to meet your needs.
To be notified of the Early Buy Program, make sure we have an email address for the staff member at your business who needs to see it.
Sorry, we do not. We can connect you with manufacture reps who get paid to come and train you or your staff how to measure pools for replacement liners. Contact your Champion Pool Sales Rep for information.
